Hello everyone. Don't use Pay Pal very often and have a question. I was awarded a digital visa pre paid card as payment for employment. I was wondering if it was possible to take money off a pre paid card, and add it to my pay pal balance, or use the pre paid visa to move money onto my bank account? In the end, I am trying to use my visa as cash via moving into my bank or adding to pay pal balance and then a withdraw. Thanks!!!
