Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my paypal account. When I click to the Transfer Funds button I get this messaage "There’s an issue with your account". The system doesn't let me to chooes any bank or credit card to withdraw, simple I get just this messsage. This Problem I have from a week. I called to the customer service and they didn't do anything specia... They said that clear the cache and bla bla. I did a lot of time to clear the cache's, storages.... So please help me somebody from paypal who knows that this problem...
