Actually had three orders that worked. Then the next one got an immediate bank declined. Since it was PayPal Credit I checked with PayPal and they said the order was fine. Thinking it was a one time problem and since the order status had a resubmit button I tried it again. Next day a bank declined showed on the order. PayPal said there was still no problem. Emailed HP again and finally got the orders cancelled. I waited a few days and did a new order for a different laptop. A few hours later got a bank declined. Contacted the customer phone number on the order and they checked with “security” that basically said they would accept no orders from me but declined to say why.
