I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your item and the seller is not responsive. If the payment was a purchase payment, you have the option to open a dispute now if you would like, or any time within 180 days of the transaction. Please make sure to pay close attention to any deadlines and escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days of opening the dispute if the seller does not reply to the dispute.
