I purchased something from a website called javarlo on 11/14/19 and money came out of account but the item hasn’t shipped yet. I paid international shipping fee and figured it could take awhile to get here. I have emailed ghe contact twice and both times, the mail was returned as undeliverable. The website was made through shopify.com and i cant even get a hold of them. I paid through paypal and am wondering if this a scam
