Hi, I was charged for a mop and sent polishing pads. I opened a dispute but unfortunately my scanner would not upload the required documents. I emailed PayPal twice to tell them and that I was going on holiday and would they please hold my case until I got home and had my scanner mended. I came back to find my case closed and not in my favour. Today I have tried messaging but only getting responses from the virtual help. I have been on the phone on both numbers for an hour. I have reported a complaint again twice and uploaded the required documents only for the PayPal system to tell me there is an error at there end and try again. What more do I have to do to get my complaint sorted?
