Hello team, I purchased a mini projector from a Chinese seller for approx. $75AUD, they were very slow to provide legit tracking information and finally when a product arrived, it was totally the wrong item. It was some cheap $3 folding phone magnifier. I have opened a claim against them and they have agreed to refund the money if I send back the item they sent me (cheap phone magnifier). The problem is that it must be registered post back to China. To send the item will cost me $25AUD to send it back, the seller won't refund the money if they do not get their item back. I have looked up the buy price for these cases and its $1.50USD... I believe that they send this item out in place of what you want because they know that people will be stuck in this position. Can I prove that this item is basically worthless and not worth sending half way around the world? Should I have to bear the weight of $25 when its not my error in them sending the 'wrong' item? Any and all help greatfully received! Thanks in advance!
