If you have received a notification regarding a restriction of your account, it might be that your PayPal account had been limited. If this is the case, you should be able to see in your Resolution Centre some steps to complete to solve the issue. Once you have provided all the requested information, you will receive an email update from the relevant team after they reviewed your account.
