I have made a payment, but during checkout - (after i was redirected to pay pal and made a payment) my browser crashed. the money since then has been taken from my bank account but is not even showing up on my paypal activity. i also have not received an order confirmation from the business i was purchasing from so i am currently quite concerned as to where my money is. have tried using Paypal chat but haven't been connected to a customer service agent.
