Hi Paypal Community, I just want to ask if any of you have experienced being deducted an amount of money from a denied transfer of money? I was trying to withdraw my money from Paypal to my linked bank account, it only amounted to 500PHP and of course, with the fee of 50PHP, so the only remaining money would be 450PHP. I had to wait for 3-5 days for it to be reflected to my bank account. When I received an email after 3 days that my ACH Withdrawal has been denied, I logged into my Paypal account and noticed that they only returned 200PHP from my supposed 450PHP transfer. Is that normal for them to be deducting me with such big amount from my supposed withdrawal? I mean, this is MY money we are talking about, and when I tried withdrawing it, they'll be deducting me a total of 300PHP? Hmmmm. P.S. How I wish Paypal Card is available here in the Philippines.
