my problem is that my account cannot used anymore.but i hmave a negvative balanc -39$.i tried to restore it with my credit card but faild because it says :This transaction failed because we were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process. In order to proceed with your transaction, please select a different funding method or add a different credit card.-so i sent today money from my netbank.will it fix the balance? and if not how can i restore thme balance?thanks
