Thank you for your reply, Olivia. I inquired at my brokerage company. Apparently, I can no longer access PayPal via my Full View page because of security changes made by PayPal. Hopefully, PayPal is working on the issue. Here's the reply from my brokerage firm: "We have been informed by our Full View team that due to recent security updates made by PayPal, that we are no longer able to connect to their site from an aggregation stand point. They will continue to work on this issue, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to support this site in the near future."
