I opened an account from germany and add virtual bank to it . so paypal set limit on my account and request documents from me. i sent document 1 month ago but they did not answer me. i sent mails to them but no answer , no sign no.... i think paypal support is terrible. how can i get rid of limitation ? can anybody help me? thanks
