Hi all, Really suffering here. So had my account limited due to a large transaction, they asked me to confirm identity and address. Uploaded documents but my utility statement was not accepted due to not having a date. I uploaded a second time, with statement date, 2 weeks ago. No change to my status. Try to email to ask, no response. 1 week later, send a second email, still no response. Today I try to call them, but regardless if I use my mobile phone or landline, the connection is terrible. There is a 5 second delay between me speaking and the other side responding, then the call keeps cutting. PLEASE HELP. IS THERE ANY FUNCTIONAL WAY FOR ME TO CONTACT PAYPAL????
