Earlier today I filed a claim under the category "Unauthorized." This was a mistake--I did indeed initiate the transaction. But I didn't receive the item. The seller emailed me with questions. First he asked me how I got his URL, so I told him. Then he asked if I was really the person associated with my PayPal account. So I answered that. Then he told me I had to supply a copy of my driver's license or passport to get the item. This made me uncomfortable and I terminated the conversation. I should have used the category "Item not received." How do I re-file my claim correctly? Thanks very much!!
