Even after 180 days I still cant get money

It has been over 180 days since PAYPAL closed my account with no reason holding £1300 of mine,    They sent me email to release fund I need to send another form og ID so I send passport   Cant get any answer from them so trick them into answering phone (dont use the code given)   Only to find out passport not good enough ID   I need to send birth certificate   Is this modern day robbery, How can they keep your money like this   Theft is a crime   I will be taking to Trading stadards, The Press and my MP   shocking customer service   They dont give a **bleep** about you only your money ... es exactly the same here £1300 held and no explanation as to why account closed, just that they dont want to do business with me, funny how they wait till I have £1300 balance to do this and not when its zero.   They now ignore all emails and if I use the number generated when i try to call they dont answer, very childish and excellent customer service.   i wonder what the total funds they have holding nice earner in interest.   i am not convinced they will contact me after 180 days either and i have no way of contacting them that they read   shocking service shocking comapny   total pirates   will be taking legal route after 180 days   glad i am not using them now ...
