Guys, Could you please help me understand why currency exchange on paypal is so much different from others merchants or my official bank?   For example by the time i was writing this message, paypal said that my currency rate is 13.590 IDR but google said 13.990 IDR and one of merchant in my local country said around 13.980 IDR. The difference was around 400 IDR, that's so huge. (see the screenshot: https://ibb.co/PrNVW2M).   Why paypal states my currency rate is so low compared other merchants? please explain it.
