I entered the tracking number incorrectly and now the case has been decided in the sellers favour!! Help!!! I paid £16 to a seller for a jacket which was advertised through depop, which you can view on the link below https://www.depop.com/products/joenixon99-nike-tech-fleece-jacket-in/ There is no zip on the jacket. The bottom of the jacket shows there has been some damage leading to the zip coming off, however this information was not listed in the advertisement, as it was stated to be in 'good condition, 8/10'. Upon receiving this, I opened a dispute along the category of 'missing parts/ damaged'. The seller accepted a refund, so I posted it. Upon doing this, I uploaded tracking information as requested by Paypal, however 4 days after posting I received an email saying the dispute has been settled in the sellers favor! Confused, I looked at the case and checked the tracking information and realised I had entered the reference number for the tracking of the package incorrectly. What can I do??? I have the valid tracking information, but there's nothing I can do as the case has been closed! Can anyone help me?
