Hello, my account is limited, and in order to lift the limits I need to provide proof of my ID, home address etc... But when I made this PayPal account I just entered some random stuff so now it's impossible to provide the right information. I do not really care about the limits, but I would like to receive the money that is still on that PayPal account. How will I be able to get my money? It has been months since my account got limited.
