I purchased some nail care products on fb and I'm having trouble finding the seller/payment to file a dispute because a. the seller doesn't include a receipt b. The name on their business site doesn't match anything that I sent payment to on fb This is not a China company....which I've also experienced problems with this same issue...but how can I file a complaint when the names don't match up?
