Hi Yansik, Sorry to hear you're having difficulties linking your bank account, it must be frustrating not knowing if it's a system error or something you've done. My educated guess would be it's a system error, as an error message usually explains the problem better if it's something you're doing wrong, but you're just getting the 'try again later' message which is quite vague. But I do know the 'bank name' would be, in your instance, National Australia Bank (or in others it may be St. George, Commonwealth Bank, etc.) - essentially it refers to the bank or financial institutions full name.
