I recently sold second hand children’s toys which payment for was received through paypal. These toys were advertised as second hand and clear pictures were shown of any damages. The buyer has now filed a complaint against me saying they are not as described and damaged and wishes for a refund. Looking at previous posts and stories paypal are likely to side with the buyer, is there anything I can do if that happens?
