@TyrAu Read the seller protection program terms and acceptable use policy. Click "Legal" at the bottom of the page. There is no guaranteed protection when a transaction involves BTC. Digital goods/cash values may not be covered. PayPal doesn't really permit the use of an account for the purpose of currency exchanges either (see acceptable use policy). TBH, its best to not use PayPal for such transactions unless you want to accept full liability if a transaction goes wrong without getting PayPal involved in protecting you. You can never know exactly if who you sold to is the one who paid until the transaction goes through and an unauthorized payment/chargeback/INR dispute gets filed as a consequence or not.
