I ordered something from eBay and it wasn't working when I got it so I asked for a refund and the seller gave me one and they out the refund into my PayPal account. It's been on hold and I don't know what to do to get it released. I have done everything on my end and so has the seller. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks 😃
