We’re continuing to review your $xxx USD transfer, and it should be released to your bank account within the next 24 hours. Thanks for using PayPal. In the past I have always used the standard transfer that required no fee, this is my first time every using the instant transfer method. Isn't this a breach of privacy because I have never seen anywhere in Paypal's privacy statement stating their right to do so?
