I received a letter from the irs. Basically my 1099k contained both business transactions and personal. I didn’t know I had it set up as a business account. It also is in my husbands name but we share the account. I need to provide a revised 1099k with just business expenses not personal. How do I get a revised 1099k to sort this issue out? And how do I declare that it’s mine for my business and not my husbands?
