In assuming this has been posted a lot I just can't find anything about it. When I sent a payment I canceled it, thinking I sent it to someone else. When I wanted to send it again I checked and it looks like I didn't get my money back. So my 2 questions are when do I get it back and will it be on my card that I used or my PayPal account.
