is it normal that the funds is still available in paypal even if I already transfer it to the bank? I also receive an email about the transfer, it says that it is successful and I should wait for 3-5 days for the money to be reflected in may bank account. My only worries is, the fund is still in the available balance in Paypal. I don't know what to do ... View more

I receive an email about the transfer, it says that the transfer is completed and wait for 3-5 business days. But why is the fund still available in paypal? is the fund refunded? or is it just normal for the fund to be visible in the available balance in paypal even though it is already transferred? ...
