Been trying to convert Canadian dollars to Philippine peso in my account but I'm getting this an error that says: Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again. Not even sure what it's asking me since this error showed before I can input anything. Tried clearing cache & cookies in my browser, but nothing happens. I tried calling paypal but can't get anybody, sent an email but turn around time seems slow.
