Hi! This has also been happening to me for the last week. I rang Paypal and they say they have a glitch in the system which they're trying to repair. They don't seem to be making repair of it a priority though. But its not you or your account so hope that reassures you a bit.

Usually I have no problem converting a dollar payment to pounds. I go to 'Money', click on the dollar icon and am given the option 'convert currency'. I click on this and all is well. However in the last days when I attempt to do this I receive a message on my screen stating 'You do not have sufficient information. Please try again'. What can I do?
