Hi, I have 2 emails that I have received money in my PayPal account and nothing is showing, one on the 19th and one on the 21st. Also no previous transactions or payment is showing now. Tried contacting by email 3 times no answer but the automatic which I responded that it didn't help so I needed further assistance. Nothing from customer service. Then used chat with them and it disappeared as he was trying to help. Does anyone know how to help? I need the money. Please.
