I'm Iranian and due to the U.S sanctions against Iran we are restricted by PayPal. I want to know if we migrate to another country, buy a server from Europe and start our own business with a [.com] domain and also a [.ir] parked domain from Iran do the PayPal block our access again ? Thank you.
