Approximately 5.5 months ago I paid for a special, one off vocal recording from to be made by a singer on in the USA. Needless to say, and despite regularly asking when it will be done, the recording has not materialized. Various reasons have been given but I feel I am being given the run around. My question is, would this be something that is covered under the paypal buyer protection policy? the vocal recording would be issued digitally. I ask because I am fairly certain that opening a dispute through paypal will guarantee that the recording never materializes and hence, if it is not likely to be covered by the buyer protection, i am probably better off simply continuing to pester for the recording to be made via other channels. thanks in advance for any insight.
