Hi, First of all thanks for replying.    I understand that they dont want to have millions of ticket open for same transaction but they must realize people will make mistakes. Ok I was stupid and I should know better but I am sure lots of older people or even more stupider then me will do the same. We are talking here about money. We are talking here that I was fraud (and people who get robbed like this usually get black mind and more easily they will make mistake).   So I dont see a reason why they didnt transfer ticket to right department as I wrote clearly in description what was the issue. IT was very clear to all. Or at least allow me to open right ticket when they see it was mistake. Now they locked me fully.   So in this case they are protecting robbers and people who fraud other people over paypall and I though this was secure platform.  ... View more

Can not open dispute because of "strange" rules

I am not allowed to open dispute for issue I have with seller as initially I open wrong ticket "Unauthorized access" with right description of issue. They close the ticket without helping me as issue was for dispute not for Unauthorized access.    So now I can not open a dispute as by paypall rules I am allow to open only one ticket per transaction as I was informed over phone. So even if they dont help me, even if the ticket is closed I can not open a new ticket.   I was expecting at least that my ticket be forwarded to right department.   Now I am locked me now and I lost serious money.   What can I do? ...
