Take pictures and escalate your complaint to PayPal. I did, and PayPal judged in my favor. What I received was so far from what was advertised, it was obviously not the same garment. I strongly suggest that for unfamiliar sites, you look at the "about" page and make sure the company isn't ChicV. They are notorious scam artists. Roselinlin is one of their websites.
