Take pictures and escalate your complaint to PayPal.  I did, and PayPal judged in my favor.  What I received was so far from what was advertised, it was obviously not the same garment.   I strongly suggest that for unfamiliar sites, you look at the "about" page and make sure the company isn't ChicV.  They are notorious scam artists.  Roselinlin is one of their websites.   ... I got a package, alright, only it sure wasn't what was on the website.  After going through PayPal, they offered 40% off the purchase price if I returned it on time.  1) Getting it back to them in the time frame they insist on is almost an impossibility, especially with backups at customs in China.  2) Their offer of a full refund is less than the cost of postage.  The item I got looks nothing like the picture on their website, but the description only said printed on cotton blend, and didn't mention the eyelet trim and embroidery on what I ordered.  Picture also showed it draping nicely, which only happens with much heavier cloth.  Still not happy with that, so I'm planning on escalating the complaint.  It's worth the $9.20 they're offering to give it a try to get the whole thing back.   ...
