Hey everyone, So I was asked for ID couple months ago (before limitation from violating Acceptable Use Policy) and before I uploaded it, my account was blocked for violating the AUP (selling SMM I think, no one really told me what was the case, had 1 dispute out of 100+ sales), anyways to the point --> I can't upload my ID because if I go to Resolution center, it'll only tell me that I can't use PayPal anymore - alright now you're asking why do I need to upload it if I can't even use PayPal. Well, I've got funds on hold, and in order to be able to withdraw them (it's been 180+ days), I need to verify the ID. So my question is how and where can I upload it if I don't have any case in the resolution center nor the "Remove limits" button helps? I was in contact with some PayPal staff and sent them the ID + proof of residence there, but they said I should upload it to the case in resolution center that apparently is not any visible to me. Hello everyone, I know this will sound really strange and weird, but yeah, things happen, so..: I wanted to start a (business) account with my long-distance friend, we registered it in his name, but once it was not making more than it cost he didn't want to do it anymore, PayPal wants ID that I'm good to give if needed, but it's on his name, once I messaged him if he can provide that he also told me that "his" name is not even real, so there is no way how to give the proper ID... I can't withdraw from the account nor use it anymore and in the balance are some funds, that I'd like to especially after the loses get back, is there any way? Any chance?
