Hello, my account was limited 1800 eur per year. I receveid high transaction and the payment was blocked. After uploading my ID documents for paypal.... in the meantime they have been sent my payment back to sender! Now sender is not responding to my messages. How is possible that they sent back frozen funds after approx 30 min? I couldn't do anything with the money from my account ( requesting, sending, withdrawing....nothing) I cannot open dispute for this transaction. I wrote twice to support but without answer. I believe I was scammed by paypal or sender !!! and my account is verified now. anybody help?
