I filed a claim against a item purchase that I did not receive. Paypal rejected it saying that I did receive it. I DID NOT! How can they get to such a decision..? Maybe the seller never posted it. Maybe it was not stolen during shipping. Maybe the shipping container fell overboard and is not lost. Maybe just plain bad luck. I would like to appeal the closed rejected claim. The paypal help desk says " Log in to your account. Go to the Resolution Center. Click View next to your case, then click Appeal. There is NO such button, what now?
