Paypal closed my dispute over $438 worth of bogus charges. I cannot get ahold of a human to let them know that is unsatisfactory. No response via messages, either. Someone used the PayPal "Key" to order $38 worth of towels from Target.com (they were delivered to my home); and someone put $200, and another $200 on an Amazon gift card using this so-called "KEY." They tried to put another $500 onto Amazon gift card but was denied. None of these actions were made by me. This needs to be escalated; but i can't get a human on the line! I never authorized the creation of a KEY. What am i supposed to do here?
