Hello. I just bought an item on Ebay and was expecting to pay for it with my Paypal balance. I have more than enough in my balance to pay for the item. The seller accepts Paypal. My Paypal balance is in US dollars and the seller is in USA. I used to be able to pay for purchases with Paypal balance, but now I can't. I tried to set Paypal Balance as the preferred payment method in my Paypal account, but that option does not exist. I can set a credit card as the preferred payment method in my Paypal account. A credit card is already selected. I can pay with a credit card, through Paypal, but I do not want to do that. How can I pay for an item purchased on Ebay with Paypal balance???? Thank you.
