Canvasn also said their logistics team messed up the order...by this time I had filed a second appeal to PayPal with more pictures and copies of correspondence. PayPal did follow up with Liu Wenli and was offered a refund minus the 10 to ship the face mask. I should have held out but I did get a $105 refund from PayPal. Everyone should review the company on TrustPilot website... There are 32 negative reviews and all received a face mask instead of what they ordered. Don't fool with them, file a PayPal claim and appeal if necessary.

Canvasn got me for $115.80. I bought a compost bin and pail and received a 10 cent paper face mask in a small envelope. I assumed PayPal would be happy to assist. They ruled in favor of Canvasn. I have appealed their decision and have documentation with picture of what I bought and what I received. PayPal basically said you received a package so we're not paying your claim. I doubt they even looked at my documentation.

I'm having the exact same problem, off and on for the last month. My credit card is fine, Paypal tells me everything is ok with my account...and that they have no idea what is going on.

I am having the same problem, trying to pay a seller in Las Vegas, NV. I am in Louisville, KY and my Paypal transaction won't go through with any funding source. Please help, this is ridiculous.
