This message keeps appearing when people try to purchase an item from my WordPress website. WordPress said it was an issue on PayPayl's end. I want to make purchases from my website to be as painless as possible. They should be able to click the button and purchase without any loopholes. I've seen a few threads about this that don't seem hopeful. Has anyone come up with new solutions? I've tried emailing PayPal and it's not going through for some reason.
