Hello, I am Peter and lately I had been informed by the PayPal support team to present some information for the limited access on the account to be removed. I have provided the relevant details and I was told that everything is alright and the account has been restored to normal standing. However, I still cannot make payment with my PayPal account since the restricted account features are still not activated. My question is, how long does it take for an account holder to have the account fully active after the removal of the restriction? Kindly assist.
