I'm just new to this, I work as a home base customer service, Before I get hired by the company I used to apply for different online jobs, I spoke to someone and ask for my vc and etc. she said that I'm hired and she asked for my other info and paypal email, then I provide the she said that they will prepare the contract and will take few days, then I said okay, After almost a month I was hired by someone in florida then suddenly I received a payment to some and it was for a mini van then the lady I spoke before emailed me telling me that It was an accident, customer was confused and send the payment to me. then I reply I said how come? how your customer can see my paypal email if you didn't used it then she reply and said that dont refund the money and we talk about the job that she was offering me. then this day! the customer file for claim states that he did not received the item. What should I do? I'm planning to use my account to be paid for the company I worked for right now. is this can affect my account? help
