Hi there, I recently launched a inquiry for a refund from Soundcloud. Soundcloud have been responding to my emails and have told me they have refunded the money on the date the inquiry was launched (10 days ago). However, I haven't seen a refund come back to my card and also have heard absolutely nothing from PayPal regarding the process. The time-frame to reply to me has lapsed by an hour now and I still haven't received any communications about my refund and if it is being processed or not. Does anybody have any similar experiences? I'm just not sure how long to wait until I ask my bank to process a charge back claim against PayPal which will resolve this almost instantly. Any communication on this matter would be awesome as I don't really want to go through the process with my bank. Thank you PayPal community for taking time to read my issue.
