Hi Guys, I received money from my mom from Germany to my paypal account. My paypal account is connected to a moldavian visa card. Now i want to send that money from my paypal account to my Moldavian bank account (because sending paypal money to a visa card doesn't work). To do that i need to link my bank account with paypal. but it doesn't work because it says that my bank doesn't allow those transfers. Does it mean Moldova is still restricted in some operations? That means the paypal money just stays within the paypal balance? Or do i need to go to my bank to activate something ( i mean who knows)? Thanks for help
