Hello, I'd account limitation from 2019 because I used all limit balance in year, So Paypal want my address verification I sent it twice and they give me message with "we will contact you within 7 business day" and I'm waiting 3 business year there's no response and account still holding at least the year is end, Logically now I can use my account balance, And they doesn't have any email or phone number to contact them on my account. at least I want to withdraw my balance. I saw that like a huge robbery what can I do in this case ?
