Recently I did a payout from a mobile game app which for some reason went on hold under Foreign Currency. Where as before it did not do this to me with this app. I was able to do a pay out and use the money within 6 hours of the payout. This time around, though that was not possible. So I contacted the chat help. Let me tell you "I understand your frustration" is not at all a helpful thing to tell some one trying to figure out why their money is unavailable, because let me tell you, there is a saying in America that sadly started on the streets with drug dealers, but the saying holds true for just about all Americans, "Don't Mess With My Money." Well that was roughly Friday of last week going into Saturday. Here it is Wednesday and I finally find the Convert Currency button on one of the tabs, which I swear wasn't there the last time I tried to figure it out. Anyways on Friday I had 3.29 EU waiting to be converted over to 5.02 U.S. Come today I had 3.27 EU waiting to be converted over to 3.26 U.S. giving me only 4.99 U.S. I was wondering has any one else had this happen to them? And if they to were wondering WHERE DID THE MONEY GO? Granted it was only a few cents that vanished but still, that's a few cents in Euro I could of had on my account that could of converted to a dollar or two in U.S.
