Hello, I'm writing here, because maybe you can help me: I'm totally disappointed. I've ordered an E-bike from Gearbest.com (form a France warehouse). It wasn't cheap, almost 900 USD.
A little bit later I tried to cancel my order. Gearbest said: they cannot cancel my order because that has been packed, so on the way to the shipping company. But, myabe they try to cancel it. One day later I saw: the item is at their warehouse yet. So, I asked them again to cancel the order. But they didn't accept my request. That is why some days later I opened a paypal case, because I believed paypal can help me in this situation. But, paypal answered that "let's talk with the seller" and "trying solve the problem". So, I started conversation with the seller. They informed me, that PRODUCT WILL BE ARRIVE TO THEIR WAREHOUSE WITHIN A WEEK. They will be send me, if they get it. So, actually, they lied to me until: the item wasn't in stock when I ordered. But they declined my request to "cancel the order" because "they started sending me". But this was a big lie. So, yesterday I talked with them again. They asked me that "close the paypal case" and "we can cancel your order". So, I closed the paypal case, and asked them to "cancel the order, pls." They answered me "as they see, the paypal case is opened yet". So, they always answers this to me, although paypal case has been closed three days ago. So, that is why I'm totally frustrated: I 'm trying to cancel this unwant order twelve days ago. But I think they don't want to refund my money. They just pull the time. I don't know why.. Maybe they are pulling the time until item will come to their warehouse and no need to give back my money. So, I don't know what should I do: - If I open a new paypal case, they will refuse "cancel my order" again. - if I start conversation with them, they just give me meaningless answer I'm afraid of they don't want to cancel the order and want to send me. But I no need that. I just would like to back my money. Of course, I have got screenshot about all conversation between me and Gearbest support, so I can prove my truth. So, what should I do?
